Skills, Skill Queue & Training Plans
Skills train in real time. A good plan trains what you need to fly and fit your next useful ship instead of chasing every skill to level V immediately.
Ship hull skills unlock ships, while support skills improve fitting, capacitor, tank, weapons, navigation, drones, scanning, industry, and many other systems. Level V usually takes much longer than earlier levels, so new pilots often gain more capability by training several important support skills to practical levels before perfecting one narrow area. Skill plans can organize a goal such as exploration, mining, hauling, doctrine ships, or industry.
New Pilot Guidance
Choose a short-term goal: fly a corporation doctrine, fit an exploration frigate, use a mining barge, or run a specific industry job. Train toward that goal first. Ask before injecting expensive skillbooks or remapping attributes just because a random fit says you need something.
