University Invitation Links
A valid University invitation can still take a pilot directly into a course, but published courses no longer require an invitation for active members.
University invitations remain supported for direct member-specific links and historical workflows. A valid invitation identifies the intended pilot/course and can create or open the associated enrollment.
The normal production policy now allows active CMS members to start published University courses directly from University Home. An invitation does not automatically begin the separate HighStellar/WOMP qualification workflow.
If an invitation is expired or already redeemed, use University Home to find the published course instead of requesting another invite unless leadership specifically needs an invite link.
New Pilot Guidance
An invitation is a convenience link, not permission to skip course requirements, exams, certification, WOMP approval, or leadership voting.
