Recruitment Referrals
Share the official referral link when you want the CMS to record who referred a new applicant.
The referral system captures recruitment attribution before the applicant completes EVE SSO/onboarding. Referral records help leadership understand which pilots and campaigns bring in applicants.
Use the generated/referral link rather than manually editing a URL when possible. Referral attribution is informational and does not bypass application, background, probation, or role requirements.
New Pilot Guidance
A referral is just recruitment attribution. It does not automatically accept someone into the corporation.
