CMS System Status
Open System Status when a feature looks down before repeatedly retrying actions. It can help distinguish a site-wide problem from a single record problem.
System Status summarizes the health information the CMS exposes for its services and integrations. Use it when login, ESI-backed data, background processing, Discord, mail, or another shared feature appears unavailable.
A green system status does not guarantee that one specific job or account is correct. For record-specific problems, use that feature's Help and diagnostics or report the issue to staff.
New Pilot Guidance
Some CMS data depends on external services such as EVE ESI and Discord. Those services can be slow or unavailable even when the website itself still loads.
