How to Use the CMS Help System
Click ? Help beside a page heading or in the main header. The drawer explains the current screen without making you leave it.
The CMS Help system is built into the website. On normal CMS pages, click the ? Help control beside the main page heading or the compact Help button in the main header. A contextual drawer opens with the quick answer for that screen, the full mapped help article, related help, and a link to the full Help Center.
Use Search CMS in the main header when you know what you want but not where it lives. Help articles are included in those search results, so searches such as collateral, Discord, blueprint request, fleet payout, or HighStellar can take you directly to instructions.
If a screen does not have page-specific documentation yet, the drawer tells you and links to the Help Center. Leadership can see missing coverage in Help Desk Admin β Coverage Audit.
Experienced pilots can stay in Standard guidance mode. Newer pilots can enable New Pilot Guidance in the drawer to display extra EVE-context explanations when an article provides them.

You never need to memorize the CMS menu. If you are unsure what a page does, use the ? beside its title first. If you are unsure where a feature is, use Search CMS at the top of the site.
Still need help? Use the header search for CMS pages, local Help, EVE topics, and trusted outside learning resources. If the topic is missing, contact staff so it can be added to Help coverage.
