Start Here: What the CMS Is and Why We Use It
The CMS is the corporation's shared operations system for fleets, industry, logistics, training, records, and member workflows. Use the menus or Search CMS to find the task you need.
The Corporation Management System, or CMS, is the website we use to keep corp operations organized. It is not meant to replace EVE Online or Discord. It connects the important pieces together so you know what to do next and staff can help you faster.
As a new player or provisional member, the CMS helps you with your application, EVE SSO login, Discord link, onboarding checklist, fleets, contracts, blueprint requests, industry projects, logistics, and support articles.
Your first goal is simple: log in with EVE SSO, link Discord, read your onboarding/provisional checklist, join the correct Discord channels, and ask questions when something is unclear.
The CMS uses role-based access. Public visitors see public help. Provisional Members see probie help. Members see member tools. Council and CEO see staff procedures. If you cannot see a page, it usually means you are not at that step yet or your role/access has not been updated.
Good first pages to learn are Help Desk, your Profile, the Provisional Dashboard if available, Price Check, Fleets, Contracts, Blueprint Library, and Industry Projects.
New Pilot Guidance
You do not need to learn every module at once. Start with the page connected to what you are doing in EVE and use the ? Help button when something is unfamiliar.
Trusted external resources
Still need help? Use the header search for CMS pages, local Help, EVE topics, and trusted outside learning resources. If the topic is missing, contact staff so it can be added to Help coverage.
